The Residential Complex Triumph-II is on of the rare examples of complex building developments within the Perm region.

In fact, it can be assimilated to the development of a whole new neighbourhood. The construction area is located in the city's industrial and business zone.

Beyond housing, the project offers the development of social infrastructure, significantly improving the living conditions of new and existing residents. Among others, this infrastructure includes fine surrounding grounds, well-planned surface parking, shops, sports and recreation centres.
