Our company provides comprehensive health and safety management across all stages of construction and building operations. The Design & Build Group offers Principal Designer and Client Advisor services to assist clients in meeting their duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) and wider UK health and safety legislation. Our approach follows guidance set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), ensuring that projects are delivered in a safe and compliant manner.

We support clients from project inception through to completion, advising on the identification and management of foreseeable risks and ensuring that health and safety is integrated into the design process. As Principal Designers, we plan, manage and monitor the pre-construction phase, coordinate designers and prepare key documentation, including pre-construction information and the health and safety file.

As Client Advisors, we provide clear and practical guidance to help clients understand and discharge their legal responsibilities, including the appointment of competent duty holders and allocation of adequate time and resources. We also undertake site inspections, audits and risk assessments to monitor compliance and identify any areas requiring improvement, with recommendations provided to reduce risk and maintain safe working environments.
